The below information has been put together to assist you in completing our courses. 

Asking a question

When completing your course, should you have any issues or questions about a particular section, you are able to add a comment at the bottom of the section appropriate. Our instructors will get back to you to help you progress.

Submitting your assessment videos

As your assessment videos files will be quite large, we need you to share a link from a file transfer or cloud site so that we can view these.

We recommend uploading your fields to a Dropbox, Google Drive or OneDrive account and sharing the link so we can view as part of your assessment during the online course.

Please note that we need you to share the link and paste that link into your online course submission, rather than send us an email, inviting us to view your video. All content for your course needs to be contained within the online course platform.

Alternatively, you are able to use a free file sharing website like WeTransfer. WeTransfer will allow you upload a file and create a link that we will be able to download. Copy and paste this link into your online course.

Should I practice my skills?

It is important that course participants regularly practice their boxing and pad holding throughout the course and beyond. Practice drills are included as stages in the course.
